MOMENTUM
Already built your base in Foundations? Experienced with training and looking for something more specific?
Momentum is where you find a structured, goal-specific block — the next step, not a separate program.
Structured 8-week training blocks, built to work with your roster and lifestyle. Momentum programs are designed on the same four-level structure used to prepare elite athletes with auto-regulation options built into every week, so a red-eye or a late roster change doesn't cost you the block.
The Momentum Difference
Eight-week training blocks, written and reviewed by elite coaches, delivered through the Lumin app with chat support scoped to your program type.
Built on two years in the industry.
Over two years, we've worked directly with pilots to understand what the job demands - the roster patterns, the seat time, the recovery windows - that don't look like anyone else's.
Elite sport coaching experience applied to pilots
The methods used in Olympic and professional sport sit behind every Momentum program. Every coach is accredited through Exercise and Sport Science Australia and/or the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
Auto-regulation, built for how rosters actually work.
Plans change - competition, training, or life. We built auto-regulation options into every week of every program for exactly that reason: the same approach used with elite athletes when a plan needed to pivot without the block falling apart. A late roster change doesn't cost you the week - or your fitness goals.
Mobility, because the cockpit doesn't give you a choice.
Every athlete needs to move well to perform and stay injury-free. Pilots spend hours in a seated, cramped position, and over a career that adds up. Pilot-specific mobility work runs through every Momentum program to keep that from building up.
Progress markers, so you can see the block working.
In-program checks at the start, middle, and end track how your program are progressing.
Training With Family
We believe performance and fitness should be available to as many people as possible - that's why Family and Youth programs are part of Momentum from day one.
Fitness works better as part of family life, not something squeezed in around it. Training alongside a partner adds accountability and makes the habit stick. And when performance is something a family shares, it becomes part of the routine, not a separate thing one person disappears to do.
That thinking extends to the next generation too - Momentum Youth is built for pilots' teens, on their own program.
AIPA members can bring a family member into Momentum or Momentum Youth at 25% off. Once your program is confirmed, we'll send you a code to pass on - just the same exercise clearance and you're ready to train together.

Momentum Youth
In elite sport, the best coaches work with the youngest players - they're the ones with the most to learn, and the most to gain from getting it right early. Teenagers deserve the same standard, not whatever shows up on social media.
Momentum Youth programs are written by the same coaches working across Flying Fit, built specifically for teens and how they develop - not a scaled-down version of an adult program. Huperco believes expert programming should be accessible, which is why it's part of Momentum from day one.
Our coaches have worked with athletes at the highest levels, and we know young athletes need room to build resilience and independence. And whilst parents want independent young adults just as much as we do, we also know teenagers are still teenagers - which is why every Momentum Youth program runs on a standard three-way chat: coach, teen, and parent, together. No side conversations, no messages that skip a parent, no communication that skips the coach either. Everyone in it, every time.
AIPA members can bring a teen into Momentum Youth, discounted off the standard Momentum rate, for as long as your own Momentum program stays active. Teens will need a parent or guardian exercise clearance and contact details before they start training.
Clearance note
All Momentum programs require a current DAME, GP or Guardian exercise clearance before training begins.
